Yes, it is highly recommended to schedule an appointment with Quality Sleep & Neurology even if your sleep test results were negative. Negative or inconclusive  results does not necessarily mean that you have quality sleep health. Our providers can help identify underlying issues that.

How do I get a referral for testing?

For sleep medicine, you can self refer. If your insurance requires  a prior authorization, such as Blue Care network, your primary care provider need to send a referral to our office.

For Pediatric Neurology: We must have a referral sent to our office from your primary care physician.

You can get a referral from your PCP through appointment, or if your insurance permits, you can schedule an appointment directly with office. Call 989 558-0773 for this option, Monday - Thursday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST., phones are shut off daily from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. for lunch and Fridays between 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
